The Customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to return the product.  

To proceed with the return, the customer must first notify INDILLAMA Paris via email notifying the reason for the return of the product: indillama.paris@gmail.com  

We will send an acknowledgment of receipt to the Customer by e-mail.  

The return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The Product must be in its original packaging, in new condition. Products must not have been worn or used.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept underwear or swimwear.

Returned product will be inspected prior to refund and then we will send you an email to inform you of the agreement or refusal of refund. The refund will take place within 3 weeks of the request.
